新式外來人口統一證號專區

親愛的保戶 您好

內政部為建立外來人口友善環境，已於110月1月2日起實施新式外來人口統一證號專案(以下簡稱新式統號)，將原有「2碼英文+8碼數字」外來人口統一證號格式，調整為「1碼英文+9碼數字」之新式證號格式。

若您已向內政部申請新式證號，提醒您下列事項：

• 1. 您可以攜帶更新後之居留證並填寫批改申請書洽本公司(或郵寄)全省總分支單位辦理變更資料；若無法至本公司辦理時，可撥打客戶服務專線0800-012-080由客服人員協助變更。後續如有異動變更方式將再另行公告。
• 2. 在所得稅結算申報期間，請您注意所得稅結算申報與留存於本公司之統一證號是否相符，以確保您的權益。

Dear insured

In order to establish a friendly environment for foreign nationals, the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency (the NIA) has implemented the policy of the new UI No. for foreign nationals since January 2, 2021, which changes the original UI No. from the original format consisting of two English letters followed by eight digits to a new format consisting of one English letter followed by nine digits.

If you have applied for your new UI No. with the NIA, please be mindful of the following contents,

• 1. You may bring your updated residence permit and fill out the Insurance Endorsement Application Form to contact the company (or mail it to) any branch office in the province for the change of information; if it is not possible for you to go to the branch, you can call the customer service hotline 0800-012-080 for the service of our customer service staff to assist with the update of your personal information. Any subsequent changes will be announced separately.
• 2. During the income tax filing period, please make sure the UI No. of the individual income tax filing is consistent with the UI No. kept in Taian Insurance in order to protect your rights.
