Alcoholic Insurance

Without Alcoholic Insurance, the insurer may recover the amount of benefit paid to the injuring party, if the Automobile Traffic Accident is caused by the drunk driving of the Injuring Party. “Drunk” refers to the condition that the breath alcohol test exceeds the level of 0.25mg per litter. If Compulsory Motor Liability Insurance and Third Party Liability are added the Alcoholic insurance, the insurance company will not recover that.

NOTICE：Alcoholic insurance only covers the condition that the breath alcohol test under the level of 0.55mg per litter.
